We're hiring: Associate, Office of the Managing Partner | Chennai | Coimbatore

Most associate roles give you one practice area and a long wait before you see how a firm is really built.

This one puts you next to the Managing Partner & CEO from day one.

You'll work on legal matters across practice areas, and also on what it takes to grow a law firm: strategy, operations, technology and new initiatives. We're looking for a lawyer who thinks from first principles, uses AI as a reliable professional tool, and delivers without needing to be supervised.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Research, analyse and draft opinions, memos, contracts, pleadings and notices across corporate, real estate, disputes, IP and white collar matters
- Run matters from start to finish, taking more ownership as you grow
- Use AI research and drafting tools daily, and check every output with your own legal judgment
- Build precedents, templates, playbooks and AI workflows the whole firm will use
- Work directly with the Managing Partner on firm-building projects: operations, process improvement, technology and business development

YOU'RE RIGHT FOR THIS IF YOU
- Understand legal concepts deeply, not just the case law around them
- Write and speak clear, precise,



persuasive English
- Are fluent with AI tools and know where they go wrong
- Take an outcome and deliver it with minimal supervision
- Are curious about how law firms are run as businesses, not just about the law

WHO SHOULD APPLY

- Lawyers with 0–3 years of post-qualification experience
- Final-year LL.B. students graduating in 2027: outstanding candidates will receive pre-placement offers
