We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and business-savvy IT Business Consultant to serve as the critical bridge between our clients and our technical development team.

In this role, you will lead initial business conversations, research prospective client domains, understand pain points, and pitch custom software and website solutions. Once a project is initiated, you will gather detailed business requirements, translate them into clear functional tasks for the development team, and manage end-to-end client communications to ensure seamless delivery and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Consulting & Pitching

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business model, operations, and technical needs.
- Research industry trends, competitor platforms, and potential digital solutions before client interactions.
- Present and pitch customized website, mobile app, and enterprise software solutions that align with the client’s strategic goals.
- Prepare clear proposal documents, pitch decks, and high-level project scopes.

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with clients to extract functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate complex business requirements into structured documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories, wireframes,



or functional spec sheets).
- Validate client expectations against technical feasibility in consultation with internal engineering leads.

1. Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular progress updates, manage client feedback, and handle scope modifications or change requests professionally.
- Build trust and long-term partnerships to drive account retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

1. Technical Collaboration & Liaison

- Hand off clearly defined technical specs to software developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers.
- Bridge communication gaps between business stakeholders (non-technical) and dev teams (technical).
- Ensure dev deliverables match the agreed-upon business objectives and client vision before demo/release.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
