Job Summary

PAARK Business Consultants is hiring an experienced Associate Lead – Mechanical for a leading Data Center / MEP organization. The role involves leading on-site mechanical execution, installation, project coordination, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting (PHF) systems in large-scale infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in mechanical/MEP site execution, contractor management, technical coordination, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end mechanical/MEP site execution and installation activities.
- Supervise HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting (PHF) systems installation.
- Manage HVAC equipment and systems, including chillers, chilled water piping, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers and ventilation.
- Supervise plumbing works, including water supply, drainage and rainwater harvesting systems.
- Manage fire protection installations, including fire pumps, hydrant networks and sprinkler systems.
- Monitor site progress, project schedules, manpower deployment and work execution.
- Review and coordinate MEP/shop drawings, technical specifications and material submittals.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers and design/engineering teams.




- Resolve site technical issues and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Ensure installation quality, site safety and adherence to applicable standards.
- Lead testing, commissioning, system integration and final project handover.
- Maintain progress reports, inspection records, technical documentation and as-built drawings.

Mandatory Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Mechanical / MEP Site Execution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership, supervisory or team-handling role.
- Strong hands-on experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting (PHF) systems.
- Practical experience in mechanical installation, testing and commissioning.
- Positive understanding of MEP drawings, technical specifications and site execution procedures.
- Experience in contractor/subcontractor management and site coordination.
- Experience in Data Center, commercial, industrial or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit or BIM.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Knowledge of applicable ASHRAE, NFPA, ISHRAE and IPC standards.
