? About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud, End User Computing, Infrastructure & Windows Support Administrator to support a hybrid IT environment. This role focuses on administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, and operational support across multiple infrastructure platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

You will be responsible for incident management, proactive monitoring, problem resolution, platform optimization,



and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization’s IT ecosystem.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and support Citrix Cloud, Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows Servers/Desktop environments, VMware, and MFT/FTP platforms.
- Monitor infrastructure health using Grafana, Azure Monitor, and other observability tools.
- Manage incidents, service requests, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.
- Perform proactive troubleshooting, performance tuning, and health checks.
- Support Active Directory, Group Policy, patch management, security compliance, and vulnerability mitigation.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Network, Service Desk, and Application teams to ensure seamless operations.

? Must-Have Skills:

- 7–12 years of IT Infrastructure and Operations experience.
- Robust expertise in Citrix Cloud & Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) administration and support.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, networking, identity management, and monitoring.
- Extensive experience supporting Windows Infrastructure , Active Directory, Group Policies, patching, and system administration.




- Strong VMware administration and troubleshooting expertise.
- Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT/FTP) services and operational support.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, platform monitoring, vulnerability management, and enterprise infrastructure operations.

⭐ Preferred Skills:

- Grafana and Azure Monitor administration.
- Infrastructure observability and monitoring.
- Automation and process improvement initiatives.
- ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
- Microsoft Azure, VMware, Citrix, or related infrastructure certifications.
