Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical qualified to join the Growth Office. The role will involve analysing financial statements, developing financial models, and preparing credit memos, teasers, and other business documents to support growth initiatives and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse financial statements to assess financial performance, business fundamentals, and key financial indicators.
- Prepare credit memos, investment teasers, and other financial documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business analysis, financial projections, and decision-making.
- Conduct financial and business research to gather relevant market, company, and industry insights.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and well-structured analytical outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and key accounting principles.




- Working knowledge of financial modelling and preparation of credit memos or teasers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse data and present insights effectively.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Internship experience with a reputed Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm or a recognised financial research firm.
- Exposure to financial analysis, credit research, investment research, or transaction-related assignments will be an advantage.
