We are looking for a Director/ Associate in Digital Forensics and Incident Response to join our White-Collar Crimes and Investigations team. The role will involve execution and supervision of end-to-end digital forensic engagements, internal investigations, eDiscovery matters and other assignments involving the identification, preservation, acquisition, processing and analysis of electronic evidence.

The candidate should have an experience of more than 8 years and detailed understanding of digital forensic processes and hands-on experience in imaging computers and mobile devices and processing the acquired data using industry-standard forensic tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently supervising and managing data collection, imaging and processing of laptops, desktops, mobile phones, external hard drives, USB devices and other electronic media in accordance with established forensic procedures and protocols.
- Conduct mobile device acquisition using industry-standard forensic tools, applying appropriate acquisition methods based on the device, operating system and available extraction options.
- Handling large scale data collection exercises, ensuring compliant deliverables with audit logs, chain of custody and data management.




- Experience in conducting data exfiltration reviews, examination of Windows and other operating system artefacts, including file systems, user activity, browser history, USB activity, deleted files, metadata, system logs and other relevant digital artefacts.
- Experience with hosting and processing of data on Relativity or similar e-discovery platforms.
- Willingness to travel to client locations and work outside normal business hours, including during active engagements, where required.

Experience: Preferred candidate with an experience of more than 8 years in a Big 4 consulting firm at a level of Associate Director or Director.
