? We’re Hiring! Associate Director – Accounting (GCC Lead, North America R2R)

Are you a senior financial leader with 15+ years of experience looking to build, scale, and lead a best-in-class offshore Record-to-Report (R2R) function for North America?

We are looking for an Associate Director, Accounting to lead our India/GCC accounting operations and drive high-impact financial accuracy, reporting, and process innovation!

? Role: Associate Director, Accounting (GCC)

? Reports To: VP, Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Building & Leadership: Build and mentor an offshore accounting team across staff and manager levels for North America (US & Canada).
- R2R Execution & Review: Oversee month-end closing, income & balance sheet statements, general ledger reconciliations, and consolidated financial reporting.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to accounting principles (IFRS/US GAAP), robust internal controls, and support internal/external audits.
- Process Optimization & Tech:



Drive continuous improvement, leverage technology (including AI tools), and eliminate manual workflows.
- Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate across global financial shared services and present key insights to Senior Management.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Qualifications: Qualified CA or CPA is required.
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in core accounting, complex reconciliations, and team management within a global/shared services setup.
- Skills: Strong foundation in IFRS, exposure to contemporary accounting systems & AI tools, high ethical standards, and a track record of driving process efficiencies.
