Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – On-the-Job Training (OJT) to lead the OJT and production-readiness framework across Prochant's RCM Operations.

The role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of employees from process training to live production, with a strong focus on speed to proficiency, quality, productivity, certification, and early-tenure performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the OJT strategy and governance framework across RCM Operations.
- Own the transition from classroom/process training to live production.
- Establish structured OJT, nesting, certification, and production-readiness frameworks.
- Define and monitor productivity, quality, accuracy, SLA, and competency benchmarks.
- Track 30/60/90-day performance of employees transitioning into operations.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to identify and close performance gaps.
- Drive coaching, refresher training, remediation, and performance improvement programs.




- Establish Trainer, SME, Buddy, and Floor Support models.
- Support new client transitions, process migrations, ramp-ups, and large-scale hiring programs.
- Lead OJT Managers, Trainers, SMEs, and floor-support teams.
- Use performance analytics to improve training effectiveness and speed to proficiency.

What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of overall experience, preferably within Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, Operations, Training, or Capability Development.
- Strong leadership experience in OJT, Operations Training, Production Training, or Learning & Development within US Healthcare RCM.
- Strong understanding of RCM processes such as Intake, Insurance Verification, Prior Authorization, Medical Billing, Payment Posting, AR Follow-Up, and Denial Management.
- Proven experience developing OJT, nesting, certification, and production-readiness programs.
- Robust stakeholder management, people leadership, analytical, and performance management capabilities.
- Experience managing large-scale training and operational ramp-ups preferred.
