Role Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Associate Digital Marketing to support our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our online presence, generate leads, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media management, and paid advertising, along with an interest in using AI tools to improve marketing productivity.

We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and target oriented Associate Digital Marketing to join our growing Marketing team.

What you’ll do:

- SEO: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, implement on-page SEO practices, and monitor website performance.
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Paid Advertising: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising initiatives.




- Content Creation: Design social media creatives, banners, and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
- AI-Powered Marketing: Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, campaign planning, and marketing research. Lead Generation: Support digital campaigns and growth initiatives to generate relevant leads and improve audience engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, and lead- generation metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and execute marketing campaigns.

What we’re looking for:

- Practical knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Experience in social media handling and content planning.
- Basic hands-on experience with PPC campaigns and Meta Ads.
- Proficiency in Canva for designing marketing creatives.
- Ability to use ChatGPT for content creation, ideation, and research.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics and campaign performance.
- Positive written communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing activities.

Preferred Qualifications

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth marketing.
- Experience working with a SaaS, technology, or B2B company will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of B2B lead generation, LinkedIn marketing, and marketing funnels is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, or similar tools will be beneficial.
