- Candidate with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in transportation domain, preferably worked with 3PL logistics industry
- Valuable communicating & Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS excel, Communication and email writing skills
- Willing to work in shifts i.e. rotational shift 24*7 and rotational weekly offs
- Willing to work on national and festival holidays
- Strong focus on Control Tower activities ( Shipment Tracking + On Time Deliveries + Help Desk & Exception Management + Performance & MIS Management)
- Ability to proactively identify potential delays, delivery challenges ensuring earliest delivery of shipments
- Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders both internally & externally to get the task completed within defined timelines
- Provide visibility to all stake holders, capture delays and exceptions and share relevant information with all the stakeholders
- Attention to detail and Data analysis.
