Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Crossboarding, and Offboarding modules.

- Support Recruit-to-Hire (R2H) processes and system integrations.

- Test configurations and validate system functionality.

- Prepare process documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals.

- Assist end-users during implementation and resolve system issues.

- Support data migration, data validation, and employee rehire processes.

- Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows.

Requirements

- Understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.

- Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to learn recent technologies and work collaboratively across locations in India.
