- Release segment-wise dashboards as per agreed calendar
- Develop daily, weekly and monthly dashboards as required Build performance dashboards for ABL segments
- Track performance against goalsheets and targets
- Provide analytics on trends, gaps and opportunities
- Prepare engagement and initiative-wise performance reports
- Coordinate with Shared Services for data inputs, validation and reconciliation
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
- Partner with the Process Automation Specialist to automate recurring MIS
- Prepare management reports and review packs
- Provide data cuts for onboarding, hierarchy, promotion and payout processes
- Track query ageing and closure through MIS
- Establish a reliable single source of truth for business reviews
- Highlight exceptions, trends and emerging risks to stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc business analytics and decision support
