Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead tech transfer activities for current products, including MSAT (Method Development and Validation) and scale up.

- Develop and execute technology transfer plans to ensure successful product launches.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues during the transfer process.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential risks associated with technology transfers.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the entire lifecycle of a product.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-13 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Tech Transfer role.

- Strong understanding of injectables, sterile processing, and MSAT principles.

- Proven track record of successfully executing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
