Client Management

- Pull and review bank statements and transaction reports to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, investigate reconciling items, and resolve outstanding discrepancies.
- Reconcile and match Accounts Payable (AP) bank activity with internal accounting records and banking platforms.
- Review and validate Accounts Receivable (AR) deposits, bank credits, and cash transactions for completeness and accuracy.
- Post AP transactions to the appropriate General Ledger (GL) accounts and transfer unresolved items to suspense accounts when required.
- Investigate banking, AP, and AR exceptions and create follow-up tickets through Asana for timely resolution.
- Validate and maintain supporting documentation for payments, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs), banks, and internal stakeholders via calls and chats to resolve payment and banking-related queries.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities by preparing reconciliations,



reviewing transactions, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CA, CPA, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Bank Reconciliation, General Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, cash management, and General Ledger accounting.
- Experience working with ERP systems and accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reconciliation and reporting functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with workflow and ticketing tools such as Asana is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous process improvement.
