Roles and Responsibilities :**

- Manage key accounts in the retail channel, ensuring timely delivery of products and services to meet customer expectations.
- Develop business relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions through effective communication.
- Oversee project sales activities, including estimating, quotation, and order processing for ready mix concrete, epoxy, flooring, waterproofing, and other construction chemicals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth in new markets and expand existing ones.

Job Requirements :

- 1-7 years of experience in Construction Chemicals or any Building material products.
- Robust understanding of business development principles and practices.
- Proven track record in key account management and project sales.
- Connection with the Architect, Builders, Interior Designers, Engineers, PMC Consultant, delaers, distributors etc
