We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts.

- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer concerns.

- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.

- Monitor staff attendance, grooming and discipline.

- Ensure restaurant SOPs, hygiene and safety standards are followed.

- Assist with inventory, wastage and operational controls.

- Support staff training and performance management.

- Handle POS/cash operations when required.

- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily reporting and operational requirements.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations.

- Strong communication and team-management skills.

- Experience in casual/premium dining preferred.

- Ability to work adaptable shifts, weekends and holidays.

- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
