– Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) Company: Haldiram’s Department: Operations Location: Bengaluru Reporting to: Restaurant Manager Job SummaryAssist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, achieving sales targets, monitoring P&L;, implementing SOPs, controlling costs, and ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, and hygiene standards. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Restaurant Manager in daily outlet operations and team supervision. Monitor daily sales, revenue, and achievement of business targets.

Support

Profit & Loss (P&L;) management , including food cost, labour cost, operational expenses, and profitability. Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational activities. Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with FSSAI standards.

Supervise staff performance, attendance, grooming, shift scheduling, and manpower deployment. Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly. Monitor inventory, stock levels, food wastage, and material consumption.

Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy,



and POS operations. Prepare daily sales reports, operational reports, and MIS. Conduct regular outlet inspections and ensure compliance with company policies.

Support staff training, onboarding, and performance improvement. Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and other departments to improve operational efficiency. Assist in achieving sales targets while maintaining cost control and customer satisfaction.

Required

QualificationsGraduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience in restaurant, QSR, or food service operations preferred. Knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L;, SOPs, inventory, and food safety.
