HIRING – Shift Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant General Manager Location: [Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Kochi] Experience: 2–5 Years in QSR / Restaurant Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (10 and 2) ? Key Responsibilities Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the restaurant Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team to achieve business targets. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain Burger King brand standards. Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.

Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards. Manage inventory, stock control, wastage, and cost management. Prepare staff schedules and ensure optimum manpower deployment. Train and develop team members for better performance.

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
