Job Title: Data Entry Operator cum Junior Production Coordinator

Durga & Sons is a custom jewellery manufacturing company specializing in gold, diamond, gemstone, and Polki jewellery. We work with retailers, designers, and jewellery brands across India and abroad.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist with production coordination, data management, and workflow tracking. The role involves entering and maintaining order data, preparing BOMs, coordinating with production departments, tracking jobwork movement, monitoring material issues and receipts, and ensuring production records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data entry and maintenance of production orders
- Preparing and updating BOMs and job sheets
- Tracking workflow across CAD, casting, jobwork, setting, polishing, and delivery
- Recording material issues, receipts, and inventory movements
- Coordinating with vendors, karigars,



and internal departments
- Following up on pending tasks and production timelines
- Maintaining documentation and reports using Excel and digital systems

Requirements:

- Valuable knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow up and coordinate with multiple teams
- Experience in manufacturing, jewellery, inventory, or production environments preferred
- Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes is an advantage

Salary: Based on experience and capability Growth Opportunity: Suitable candidates can grow into Senior Production Coordinator / Operations Management roles.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
