Role Summary:

The Project Manager, Cross-Application Transformation, is responsible for managing intake, prioritization, backlog governance, and delivery coordination for a large-scale transformational initiative spanning multiple applications, platforms, and business workstreams. This role serves as a critical coordination point across business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, delivery leads, and implementation partners to ensure work requests are captured, assessed, prioritized, sequenced, and advanced through the appropriate delivery channels.

Roles & Responsibility:

Manage the end-to-end intake process for new requests, enhancements, defects, dependencies, and cross-workstream needs associated with the transformational program.





Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure intake items are clearly defined, appropriately documented, validated, and ready for prioritization and planning.

Maintain and govern a centralized backlog that captures priority, business value, dependencies, ownership, readiness, target timing, status, and decision history.

Facilitate recurring backlog review, refinement, and prioritization discussions with product owners, business leads, technology teams, delivery partners, and program leadership.

Coordinate across applications, platforms, vendors, and workstreams to identify impacts, surface dependencies, support integrated planning, and reduce execution risk.

Track intake decisions, backlog movement, open questions, risks, issues, escalations, and follow-up actions to promote accountability and transparency.

Education

Graduate

Primary Skill:

Demonstrated project management experience supporting large, complex, cross-functional technology, operations, or business transformation initiatives.

Secondary Skill:

Previous experience supporting FINEOS projects, implementations, enhancements, integrations, or platform modernization initiatives.

Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or related certification preferred but not required
