Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of pharmaceuticals, medical consumables, surgical items, and healthcare equipment.

- Ensure uninterrupted availability of medicines and medical supplies across pharmacy, wards, other departments.

- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and manufacturers for timely procurement and replenishment.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and annual rate contracts to optimize costs.

- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock as per consumption patterns.

- Implement inventory control measures to avoid stock-outs, overstocking, expiry, and wastage.

- Oversee inward and outward movement of pharmacy stock and medical supplies.

- Ensure proper storage conditions as per regulatory and manufacturer guidelines.

- Monitor near-expiry and slow-moving inventory and initiate corrective actions.

- Prepare purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs),



and inventory reports.

- Coordinate with Pharmacy, Nursing, and Finance teams for supply planning.

- Track key supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, availability rates, and procurement savings.

- Ensure compliance with NABH, statutory, and quality standards related to inventory and procurement.

- Conduct vendor performance evaluations and maintain an approved vendor database.

- Support audits, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation activities.

- Drive process improvements through ERP/SAP-based inventory and procurement systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
