Responsibilities

- Disbursement processing on Finnone &
- Robust Knowledge of Lending module is must.

- Knowledge of Cancellation & rebooking of loans will add advantage

- Well versed with customer 360 as need to collect the customer history from customer history to analyze the exact issue of complaints.

- Managing various request flows over mail &

- CRM portal for CDPL/EPL/SFPL.

- Daily Monitoring of BTTP recon &

- Act upon clearance of Open Items by taking corrective actions.

- Making follow up with internal stakeholders such Sales
