Job Summary

Trishveda Retail Company is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced sales professional to drive business development and expand the market presence of its brand, Guppy Moms, across Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in HoReCa, FMCG, beverages, or institutional sales, with a proven track record of business development, customer acquisition, and key account management.

Candidates with experience in airport catering, airline catering, and large institutional food service accounts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Guppy Moms' presence across HoReCa and institutional sales channels.
- Identify and acquire new customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, catering companies, and institutional buyers.
- Develop business opportunities with airport catering companies, airline catering operators, and large food service organisations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, procurement heads, F&B; managers, and key decision-makers.
- Generate new leads, conduct customer meetings, present products, negotiate commercial terms, and convert prospects into business accounts.
- Manage existing key accounts and drive repeat orders, customer retention,



and revenue growth.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and expand the customer base across Delhi NCR.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and emerging business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, sales forecasts, and business development pipelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in HoReCa, FMCG, beverages, institutional sales, or B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR market and HoReCa sales channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers.
- Experience in key account management, business development, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage territory sales, and travel for customer meetings.

Preferred Industry Experience Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- FMCG and beverage sales




- HoReCa and institutional sales
- Hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, and catering businesses
- Airport catering and airline catering
- Institutional food service and large corporate accounts
- B2B distribution and key account management
