- Plan and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production activities against approved schedules and demand.

- Oversee production operations, manpower deployment, material availability, equipment readiness and adherence to approved SOPs.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Planning and other functions to ensure timely and compliant production.

- Monitor process parameters, yield, productivity, rejection/rework and downtime; investigate deviations and drive corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure batch records, production logs, material reconciliation and other manufacturing documentation are complete and accurate.

- Promote valuable manufacturing practices, housekeeping, biosafety, occupational safety and compliance with applicable procedures.

- Train, guide and evaluate team members; build a culture of accountability, discipline and continuous improvement.

- Prepare production reports and support audits, investigations, validation activities and implementation of process improvements.
