Position: Assistant Manager – Sales (Automotive)

Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electronics or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electronics

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to manage existing automotive customers, develop new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in automotive customer handling, RFQ management, commercial negotiations, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing automotive customers to generate repeat business and expand business opportunities.
- New Business Development: Identify, approach, and develop new automotive customers to increase market presence and revenue.
- RFQ & Quotation Management: Prepare and submit quotations against customer RFQs and ensure timely follow-up.
- Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining planned profit margins.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve annual sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives as per company budgets and forecasts.
- Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective customers to understand requirements and explore business opportunities.
- Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal departments to obtain customer feedback, improve customer ratings, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Payment Follow-up:



Coordinate with finance and other internal teams for timely payment collection and account reconciliation.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and commitments are fulfilled.
- Customer Escalation Management: Handle customer pressure, escalations, and urgent business requirements professionally.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and workplace discipline.

Required Skills
- Robust customer relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience in automotive sales and customer handling.
- Knowledge of RFQs, quotation preparation, and commercial negotiations.
- Business development and customer acquisition skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work extended hours during urgent business requirements.
- Willingness to relocate within approximately 25–30 km of the factory, if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in the automotive or electronics manufacturing industry, will be preferred. The candidate should be proactive, commercially aware, customer-focused, and capable of developing new business while maintaining profitable customer relationships.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
