Job summary

We’re seeking an experienced market research professional to lead high-impact B2B research projects from problem definition and study design through analysis and presentation. You’ll guide research analysts, work closely with clients, and turn complex findings into practical business recommendations. The work will support clients across IT, HR research, and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end B2B market research projects, including problem scoping, research design, data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings.
- Plan and deliver studies across IT, HR research, and manufacturing.
- Lead studies such as customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) and loyalty research, product launch and market assessment, feasibility studies, and employee value proposition (EVP) research.
- Guide, mentor, and review research analysts, ensuring quality, rigor, and timely delivery.
- Use Tableau and Power BI to analyze data, identify insights, and create explicit, compelling presentations.




- Work with clients and stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from a recognized institute or business school.
- 8–10 years of experience; at least 8 years of total market research experience with industry-leading firms.
- At least 5 years of focused experience managing B2B research in IT, HR research, or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing CSAT and loyalty research, product launch or feasibility studies, and EVP studies.
- Experience leading research teams and managing project lifecycles from customer problem definition through final deliverable.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
- Experienced lateral candidates from research or analyst firms, particularly in IT, ITeS, or technology services.

Location Bengaluru (Bangalore). Candidates should be based in Bengaluru or open to relocating there.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
