Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Operations to manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory management, goods receipt, order processing, dispatch, compliance and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including goods receipt, inventory storage, order processing and dispatch.
- Ensure timely inward and outward movements, accurate inventory records and completion of system entries.
- Coordinate with customers, principals and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and complaints.
- Maintain operational documentation, records, MIS reports and audit requirements.
- Monitor temperature, quality, EHS and workplace safety compliance.
- Plan manpower and resources to achieve productivity, cost and service targets.
- Review employee KPIs, monitor performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions,



statutory audits and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through lean practices and 5S implementation.
- Monitor and achieve agreed KPIs and SLAs.

Required Skills and Experience
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in warehouse or operations management.
- Robust knowledge of inventory, goods receipt, dispatch and order processing.
- Experience in MIS reporting, documentation, audits and compliance.
- Knowledge of EHS, quality and temperature-control requirements in warehouse operations.
- Strong team management, manpower planning and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Familiarity with SOPs, lean practices and 5S.
- Good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
