What you'll do

- The candidate should have strong knowledge of plastic materials and their processing techniques, along with expertise in defect analysis and implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive measures. The role requires a sound understanding of tool & die and injection molds, customer handling, procurement activities, RFQ Handling, project planning, and customer acquisition. The candidate should be capable of resource planning and material requirement planning (MRP) for successful project execution and possess hands-on experience in current product development (NPD).
- Additionally, the candidate should have experience in mold correction and rectification, handling ECN (Engineering Change Notice) and ECR (Engineering Change Request) processes, conducting mold trials,



and managing quality documentation such as PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and APQP. Experience in coordinating job work activities, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring successful product development and launch will be an added advantage. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential for this role.

What we are looking for

- The position is based at Noida and is suitable for candidates with 5-7 years of experience in the field of New Product Development (NPD), preferably within the plastic injection molding industry. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Tool & Die Engineering or Graduate Mechanical Engineering and have sound technical knowledge of product development processes, mold development, plastic materials and processing, project execution, and quality systems. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, cross-functional coordination skills, and experience in managing product development activities from concept to production while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
