- Partner with regional business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives across South India.

- Own the complete employee lifecycle, including performance management, engagement, development, talent reviews, and exits.

- Drive employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.

- Lead employee engagement, retention, capability development, and culture-building initiatives.

- Drive HR governance, policy implementation, compliance, and consistent HR practices across locations.

- Manage HR across multiple locations / a large frontline workforce (1,000+ employees).

- 5–8 years of experience in Core HRBP / Regional HRBP / Business HR, with robust stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior business leaders.
