Position summary

ASME India is looking for a data-driven and digitally savvy Assistant Manager Growth Marketing to help grow our engineering community, memberships, event registrations, and digital engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining digital marketing, analytics, automation, and audience growth to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work across ASME India's conferences, membership programs, student initiatives, learning offerings, philanthropy programs, and thought leadership platforms. ASME India has already built a strong digital foundation, including a growing social media presence and large-scale engagement campaigns, and is now focused on accelerating growth and conversion.

Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, email, and web.
- Drive growth in memberships, event registrations, newsletter subscribers, and community engagement.
- Manage marketing automation, lead nurturing, and email campaigns.
- Support SEO, website optimization, and landing page development.
- Track campaign performance and prepare growth dashboards and insights.




- Work with business units to design audience acquisition and engagement campaigns.
- Build and optimize digital journeys for members, students, volunteers, and event attendees.
- Support paid campaigns, retargeting, and conversion optimization initiatives.

Success in the First Year

- Grow ASME India's digital communities and subscriber base.
- Increase membership and event marketing conversions.
- Improve website traffic and engagement.
- Build marketing automation and reporting systems.
- Establish growth-focused digital campaigns across business units.

Preferred candidate profile

- 35 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
- Robust understanding of digital channels, lead generation, and customer journeys.
- Experience with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong writing and communication abilities.
