Job Title: Assistant Manager – Loan Recovery Job Responsibilities: Manage and supervise loan recovery and collection activities. Lead and guide the field collection and telecalling teams to achieve recovery targets. Monitor overdue loan accounts and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.

Handle escalated cases and resolve customer payment-related issues. Track daily collection performance and prepare MIS reports. Coordinate with team members to improve recovery efficiency and meet business targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and recovery procedures. Monitor team productivity and provide regular performance feedback. Maintain qualified communication with customers and ensure ethical recovery practices.

Required Skills: Strong team management and leadership skills. Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of loan recovery and collection processes. Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.

Experience: Relevant experience in loan recovery or collections, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
