Job Summary;

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Assistant Manager – Interior Projects to oversee residential interior site execution, coordinate project teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed within the planned timelines.

Key Responsibilities;

- Manage residential interior projects from site initiation to final handover.
- Coordinate with designers, site engineers, supervisors, installation teams, and vendors.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Verify drawings, measurements, BOQs, and material requirements.
- Plan material dispatch, manpower allocation, and installation schedules.
- Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, and other interior-related activities.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve execution challenges.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and address their concerns.
- Monitor project expenses,



material utilization, and team productivity.
- Follow up on project milestones, pending payments, and client handovers.
- Share regular project updates with the management team.

Eligibility Criteria,
- B.E. , B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, drawings, BOQs, and site measurements.
- Strong team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Chennai.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
