The Assistant Manager of Domestic Supply Chain Management (SCM) Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain processes within the domestic market. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Manage stock levels and forecast inventory needs to avoid overstocking and stockouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain operations with organizational goals.
- Lead projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior staff in SCM operations and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance and initiatives to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, with a focus on domestic operations.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.




- Proficient in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, TMS, WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
