Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager at our Jaipur Head Office. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation and review, tender estimation, rate analysis, vendor quotations, and technical-commercial evaluation for building construction projects under EPC and Item Rate contracts.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of civil construction estimation, tender documentation, cost analysis, and relevant construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review quantity take-offs and BOQs for building construction projects.
- Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates and detailed rate analysis for civil construction items.
- Obtain, review, and compare vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare tender estimates and support bid submission activities.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, and commercial teams for estimation inputs.
- Review quantities, rates,



and item specifications to ensure accuracy in estimates.
- Apply relevant CPWD/DSR schedules and applicable IS Codes during estimation, wherever required.
- Use AutoCAD drawings and project documents for quantity extraction and estimation.
- Maintain estimation records, rate databases, and supporting tender documentation.
- Support techno-commercial evaluation and tender-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7+ years of total experience, including at least 5+ years of relevant estimation/tendering experience.
- Experience in building construction projects under EPC and/or Item Rate mode.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
- Experience in rate analysis, tender preparation, and vendor quotation comparison.
- Knowledge of CPWD/DSR schedules and applicable IS Codes.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, numerical, documentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with relevant experience in building construction estimation, tendering, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and techno-commercial activities will be preferred. The candidate should be comfortable working from the Jaipur Head Office and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
