ROLE PURPOSE

Drive high-octane industry engagement, stakeholder relationships, and thought leadership for UDIT across both the School of Design (SOD) and School of Management (SOM). This role connects our students with CXOs, founders, and creative pioneers through masterclasses, leadership summits, and corporate roundtables, elevating UDIT’s brand while managing end-to-end execution and key external partnerships to unlock elite career opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executive Curation & Speaker Series: Onboard C-suite leaders, design heads, and business founders across Design (UI/UX, Product, Fashion, Communication) and Management (Product Management, Marketing, Business Transformation, Luxury, Fintech, Etc.) to lead masterclasses, panels, and guest lectures.

• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Serve as the primary CSD liaison for corporate leaders, industry speakers, academic department heads (SOD & SOM), and university leadership to ensure seamless alignment and long-term engagement.

• Vendor Operations & Procurement: Manage end-to-end vendor relationships for events sourcing, price negotiations, procurement, contracting, and quality control across AV, production, staging, logistics, and guest hospitality partners.

• Event Execution & On-Campus Operations:



Conceptualize and manage full lifecycle execution of campus events, panels, and industry roundtables—handling everything from run-of-show logistics and AV setups to VIP guest protocol.

• Pan-India Outreach & Travel: Represent UDIT at major industry forums, design summits, and corporate hubs (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, NCR) to cultivate strategic corporate alliances and expand institutional networks.

• Brand Impact & Analytics: Partner with marketing to amplify event reach, showcase industry partnerships, and track engagement metrics for continuous operational improvement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 3–5 years in Corporate Relations, Event Curation, Vendor Management, Executive Engagement, or University Industry Alliances.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Management.

• High Mobility: Ready to travel frequently across key national corporate and creative hubs.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Mastery: Proven expertise in negotiating vendor terms, managing event budgets, and building high-trust relationships with senior corporate leaders.

• Executive Presence: Outstanding spoken and written English, with the confidence to pitch, host, and facilitate C-level executives.

• Domain Acumen: Strong interest in and understanding of emerging trends across both design innovation and business management.
