1.Training & Employee Development Primary Focus

- Identify competency gaps and prepare individual and team development plans.
- Design, coordinate and evaluate structured training programmes, particularly for shop-floor employees.
- Coordinate Leadership Development Programmes for managers and team leaders.
- Measure training effectiveness and improvements in employee capabilities.

2.Performance Management System (PMS) Primary Focus

- Develop and implement a structured PMS across employee levels.
- Ensure regular performance feedback, reviews and action plans.
- Work with departmental leaders to track individual and team performance against KPIs.
- Monitor improvement plans and ensure timely follow-up.





3.Employee Engagement & Shop-Floor Development

- Lead regular Gemba rounds to understand employee concerns and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct employee feedback and engagement sessions.
- Drive reward and recognition programmes in line with company policy.

4.HR Operations & Business Support

- Support recruitment and structured employee induction.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly performance reviews, including sales performance tracking.
- Maintain relevant HR performance records, dashboards and reports.
