About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant F&B; Manager to support the F&B; Manager in running restaurant, bar, banquet and room service operations at our hotel in Vile Parle. You will ensure great guest experiences, high service standards and smooth day-to-day operations.

Role Overview

Support the F&B; Manager in managing restaurant, bar, banquet and room service operations, ensuring excellent guest service, cost control and team performance.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily outlet and banquet operations as per SOPs
- Resolve guest complaints and maintain service quality
- Prepare rosters; train and manage the F&B; team
- Control food cost, inventory and wastage
- Ensure FSSAI, hygiene and liquor licence compliance
- Coordinate with kitchen, front office and sales for events

Requirements

- Hotel Management degree/diploma
- 3–5 years of experience
- Knowledge of POS, costing and inventory
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Versatile to work shifts, weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
