Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and well-organized Assistant Clinic In-Charge to support daily clinic operations, coordinate with staff, ensure smooth patient services, and maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing day-to-day clinic operations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, front desk staff, and other team members.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and duty schedules.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Monitor inventory, medical supplies, and essential items.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and healthcare standards.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.




- Support staff coordination and improve overall clinic efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any discipline. Healthcare or hospital administration qualifications are preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in clinic operations, hospital administration, or healthcare management preferred.
- Languages: English and Kannada are mandatory.
- Joining: Immediate joiners only.
- Skills: Robust communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and operational reporting.
