Role & Responsibilities

- Perform pen assembly and packing operations as per company standards.

- Assemble components and ensure product quality.

- Perform visual inspections to identify defective products.

- Pack finished products according to prescribed guidelines.

- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workstation.

- Follow production targets, quality standards, and supervisor instructions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.

- Gender: Male candidates only.

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Preferred Locations: Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Assam, and Meghalaya.

- Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting and perform assembly and packing activities.

- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Candidates should be willing to relocate and utilize hostel accommodation, if required.
