Purpose of the role The incumbent in this role will be responsible for supervising the end-to-end assembly process of products, with a strong focus on meeting safety and quality standards.

Technical Skills Required

- GD&T; knowledge
- Knowledge of assembly tools such as torque wrench, spanners, pneumatic tools, etc.
- Knowledge of fasteners, their applications, and different types of joints
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, Poka Yoke, 3M, Kaizen, 5S, Jigs & Fixtures Basic knowledge of SAP for material requisition and material consumption
- Lean Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Knowledge of electrical assembly and wiring, including cable routing, crimping, termination, and connector assembly
- Knowledge of electrical components such as MCBs, relays, contactors, switches, sensors, terminals, connectors, and cables
- Knowledge of cable dressing, harness assembly, wire identification,



ferruling, and proper termination practices
- Awareness of electrical safety practices, including isolation/LOTO, grounding, and protected handling of electrical equipment
