We are looking for a qualified Team Leader/ Asst. Sales Manager to manage our team and provide effective guidance. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience. He will be responsible for supervising, managing and inspiring team members on a daily basis. As a Team Leader/ Asst. Sales Manager, He will be the contact point for all team members, so his communication skills should be valuable.

TEAM LEADER / ASST. SALES MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Coach sales staff on best practices for improving performance, conducting effective follow-up, closing deals, and meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Ø Forecast and track annual, quarterly, and monthly car sales to maximize gross profits.





Ø Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all auto sales to increase retention and referrals to drive repeat car sales. Listen to team members- feedback and resolve issues. Helps salespeople close deals when necessary.

Ø Keep an accurate record of existing and prospective customers within the CRM platform to effectively guide sales processes. Follow up And Tracking of Team Progress. Communicates with sales team to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
