Technical Skills
. Solid experience in: RPG IV / RPGLE / ILE RPG CL Programming (CLLE) SQL / DB2/400
. Experience with debugging tools on AS400
. Familiarity with change management tools
. Production Support Skills
. Incident management and problem solving skills
. Experience in ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.)
. Ability to work under pressure in production environments
. Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus
