Role Description This is a full-time Articleship position based on-site in Mumbai. The role involves assisting in statutory and internal audits, tax audits, and compliance reviews for banks, corporates, and individual clients. The articleship trainee will support preparation and review of working papers, documentation, and reports, and help in maintaining accurate records for audit and compliance assignments.

Day-to-day activities include data analysis, vouching, verification of financial statements,



and coordinating with team members to meet engagement timelines. The role also includes exposure to advisory work, learning to interpret regulations, and applying standards under the guidance of senior professionals.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting, auditing, and taxation, with an interest in consultancy and compliance-related work.
- Comfort working with technology-driven tools and software commonly used in CA practice, including spreadsheets and audit/compliance applications.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings clearly and interact professionally with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage time and multiple assignments in a structured manner.
- Enrollment in Chartered Accountancy course (as per Articleship eligibility requirements) and willingness to learn and adhere to professional ethics and standards.
- Proactive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and readiness to take responsibility under supervision in a fast-paced professional setting.
