Key Responsibilities

Drive sales, profitability, and business growth across assigned stores.

Manage and mentor Store Managers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Ensure excellent store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service.

Monitor daily sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and other retail KPIs.

Plan and execute promotional activities and seasonal launches.

Ensure optimum stock availability, replenishment, and inventory control.

Conduct regular store visits and audits to maintain SOP compliance.

Recruit, train, coach, and develop store teams.

Coordinate with Buying, Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Prepare MIS reports and present business reviews to management.

Ensure profitability by controlling expenses, minimizing shrinkage, and improving productivity.

Candidate Profile

5–10 years of experience in footwear, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail.





Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling multiple retail stores.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Good understanding of retail KPIs and business planning.

Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail reporting systems.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from brands such as Bata, Metro, Reliance Footprint, Mochi, Skechers, Adidas, Puma, Nike, Crocs, Birkenstock, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Centro, or other organized footwear and fashion retail chains will be preferred.
