Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Firozabad. This position is responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned region, including identifying current business opportunities, meeting with prospective and existing clients, and promoting the company’s marketing and advertising services. The role involves developing and executing local sales plans, achieving revenue and growth targets, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

The Area Sales

Manager will regularly conduct market research, prepare sales reports,



coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, and represent Focus Publication at client meetings and local events.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with solid communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields, with understanding of local market dynamics.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in regional or area sales management, preferably in media, marketing, or advertising.
- Comfort working on-site in Firozabad and traveling within the region as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
