Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Area Head to drive lead generation, electrician engagement, and market development for electrical products across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Organise electrician meets, contractor meets, and dealer engagement activities to generate business leads.
- Drive lead generation through field visits, market mapping, and networking with electricians, dealers, and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key market influencers and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth across the assigned area.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert generated leads into business.
- Track market activities, leads generated,



and follow-ups to ensure effective execution.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in field sales, lead generation, or channel development in the electrical industry.
- Experience in conducting electrician meets, contractor meets, or similar field marketing activities.
- Good understanding of electrical products and the dealer-distributor network.
- Robust communication, networking, and territory management skills

Preferred Candidate: A field-oriented professional with proven experience in electrician engagement and lead generation in the electrical products industry.
