Key Responsibilities:

· Lead area underwriting (home loans/LAP and other secured retail products as applicable) within DOA.

· Review CAMs, financials, banking surrogates, and collateral; conduct field visits for high‑risk cases.

· Ensure TAT adherence and reduce reworks through coaching and first‑time‑right checks.

· Monitor early delinquency/quality of approved portfolio; provide feedback to sales and policy teams.

· Drive PDD/deferral closure within SLA; ensure maker–checker controls and sample QC audits.

· Coordinate with legal/technical/ops for smooth sanction‑to‑disbursement and risk mitigation.

· Maintain audit readiness and close observations on time; train team on policy changes.

Skills Required:

· Solid analytical and financial evaluation skills.

· Knowledge of retail credit and secure lending products.

· Leadership and team coaching ability.

· Process orientation and compliance focus.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

· Graduate / Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.

· 4-7 years in credit appraisal/underwriting with team handling experience.
