Role Description The Area Credit Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Neemrana, responsible for overseeing credit evaluation and approval processes for housing finance and related products within the assigned area. This role includes assessing customer creditworthiness, analyzing financial documents and property-related information, and ensuring adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Area Credit

Manager will review and approve loan files within delegated authority, identify and mitigate credit risk,



and collaborate closely with sales, operations, and collections teams to maintain portfolio quality. Daily activities also involve monitoring area-level credit performance, supporting branch staff on credit decisions, conducting periodic portfolio reviews, and recommending improvements in credit processes and risk controls.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Credit Management and Credit skills for evaluating and approving loan proposals.
- Candidates should possess effective Credit Risk Management skills to identify, assess, and mitigate portfolio risks.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for interpreting financial statements, income documentation, and risk indicators.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge to understand lending products, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant experience in housing finance, NBFCs, or banking, preferably in credit or risk roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and compliance orientation.
- Ability to work on-site in Neemrana, manage multiple branches or locations, and meet time-sensitive targets.
