Job Title: Architect

Department: Design & Planning

Reports To: Founder / Design Head

Location: Mumbai, India

Job Type: Full-Time

CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹9 LPA

Experience: 4–7 Years

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative architectural designs and drawings for various healthcare facilities.
- Support senior architects in design development, project coordination, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to approved plans.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Prepare detailed architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, drawings, and 3D models using CAD software.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Recommend suitable materials and finishes, considering durability and cost-effectiveness.
- Support project planning, timelines, budgets,



and documentation to meet delivery deadlines.

? Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 4–7 years of experience in architectural design for commercial projects.
- Experience in the healthcare industry will be preferred but is not mandatory.

? Technical Skills

- Strong architectural design and technical skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit .
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation.

? Required Skills

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
- Qualified approach to collaboration and relationship-building within the team.
