We are looking for Architect for Ghatkopar (Mumbai) Location
Role & responsibilities
- Create design concept and detailed plans for the project.
- Present design concept to client for approval.
- Make sketchup model for clients presentation.
- Make working drawings and details.
- Aide in the creation of a schedule, specification and budget for the project.
- Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified desig
Preferred candidate profile
- Positive hands on work experience on software like Revit, Autocad, Sketchup and Enscape; is must.
- 0 to 4 years of work experience required.
- Must possess pertinent degrees in architecture (B.Arch, GD Arch)
- Candidates with M Arch may not apply.
- Must be a keen listener that is able to identify the needs of a project
- Up-to-date knowledge of construction and building codes.
- Must show robust project management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Education UG: B.Arch in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Diploma in Architecture
